SECURITY DEPOSIT & INSURANCE


  • IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR RESERVATIONS?

    No deposit is required however rentals must be paid in full when reserved. At arrival we will preauthorize card on file for $300, upon return of a undamaged vessel we will release the preauthorization.

  • HOW CAN I SECURE MY RESERVATION?

    Reservations must be secured through our online booking platform using a credit or debit card.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BOAT GETS DAMAGED?

    Renters are responsible for any damage to the vessel while in their possession and control. 

RESTRICTIONS


  • WHAT ARE THE AGE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR VESSEL OPERATORS?

    Operators must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license during boat pickup and rental reservations. 

  • ARE THERE SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR CHILDREN ON BOARD?

    Yes, children under 12 years of age must wear a life preserver at all times while on the vessel.

  • ARE PETS ALLOWED ON THE RENTAL BOATS?

    Pets are allowed on the rental boats, provided they are leashed to/from the boat and on the resort property. There is an additional daily pet fee. Please contact the Boat Rentals Office for details at (270) 474-2245.
